Dr. Ankush Bansal is a double board-certified Anesthesiologist and Interventional Pain Physician, specializing in complex pain conditions. Originally from Michigan, he earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan and completed advanced training at UCLA.

Since joining Coastal in 2018, he’s focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality care, treating pain in the neck, back, pelvis, and major joints. He holds hospital privileges at Scripps Memorial Encinitas and Tri City Medical Center, contributes to research, and has been published in Pain Medicine. Outside the clinic, Dr. Bansal enjoys family time, running, and exploring San Diego.
