Meet Dr. Scott Small

Dr. Scott Small is double board-certified in Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Management. He uses a multimodal approach—combining therapeutic exercise, medication, and image-guided procedures to restore function and improve quality of life. His expertise includes ultrasound-guided nerve blocks, stem cell therapy, epidural injections, and spinal cord stimulation. Dr. Small is known for his compassionate, patient-first philosophy and individualized treatment plans.

He earned his medical degree from Western University in California in 2007, completed his anesthesiology residency at the University of Connecticut in 2011, and pursued a chronic pain fellowship at the University of Texas in San Antonio in 2013. Since then, he has continued practicing in Orange County. He collaborates closely with referring providers to ensure coordinated care. Outside of medicine, Dr. Small enjoys spending time with his family and staying active outdoors.
